Case study: Website Redesign & Experience Design<\/h1>\n

\t Rethinking a complex B2B e-commerce experience<\/span>\t <\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_code][et_pb_code admin_label=”description” _builder_version=”4.27.9″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]RF-Lambda develops and supplies RF test equipment for commercial, aerospace, and military applications. Its website needed a better way to support a large technical product catalog, help customers find relevant information, and make requesting quotes easier.<\/pee>As Lead Experience Designer, I worked with company leadership on the direction of the website and e-commerce experience. I collaborated with a UX researcher, an associate UX designer, and a developer to rethink the site’s structure, map key user flows, develop interaction concepts, and bring the proposed experience to life through functional prototypes.<\/pee>My role covered the experience from information architecture and content strategy through visual and UI design, product discovery, and quote-request functionality.
